Sarvodaya's International Division has recently expanded its efforts to promote responsible tourism throughout Sri Lanka. In the past, we have developed tour packages for schools and professionals looking to volunteer with and learn about Sarvodaya in a hands-on manner.
Now, we are opening up our tours to smaller groups and individuals who want to tour the country while contributing to an important NGO in Sri Lanka rather than a commercial tour company. These trips will involve trips to Sarvodaya's projects throughout the island as well as to major tourist sites such as historic Kandy and the Cultural Triangle, the beautiful Hill Country, and the breathtaking beaches of the south coast.
